This honor stems from the company's established full-cycle service system: pre-sales, the engineering design department provides personalized configuration solutions; in-sales, the technical support team ensures 72-hour fast delivery; after-sales, more than 300 service outlets covering the whole country have been set up, with a service standard of 2-hour response and 24-hour problem-solving. Data from the Quality Inspection Department shows that its customer satisfaction has remained above 98.5% for three consecutive years, and the after-sales problem solving rate has reached 100%.
The person in charge of the company's after-sales service center said that a "one-click rescue" function was specially developed for the elderly user group, which has provided emergency services to more than 2,000 users. This award not only affirms its business philosophy of "first-class service", but also confirms the effectiveness of the standardized management system.
