The area of the new production base is nearly double that of the original factory. It has introduced 5 intelligent production lines imported from Germany, equipped with more than 20 sets of internationally advanced performance testing equipment, and built a professional laboratory covering fields such as battery safety and vehicle durability. According to the person in charge of the production department, the new production line adopts a fully automated assembly process, with the single-shift production capacity increased by 60% compared with the traditional production line, and the product qualification rate remains stable at over 99%.

The base has simultaneously improved the whole chain system of R&D, manufacturing and sales. The newly added logistics and distribution center can realize direct delivery within 48 hours in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The general manager of the company stated that after the new base reaches full production, its annual production capacity will exceed 300,000 units, focusing on meeting the market demand for electric bicycles and electric tricycles, and injecting strong supply momentum into the green travel market in North China.
